RECRUITMENT COUNSELORS
Every Panhellenic has a team of women responsible for carrying out recruitment. This group, known as the recruitment team, helps ensure that recruitment is well-planned and implemented. Recruitment counselors model the way for PNMs. They serve as a confidant and sounding board as PNMs search for organizations that meet their needs and match their values.
